Due to the good project development and for the further development of our location in Munich, we are looking for a Senior Consultant / Project Manager.
Areas of responsibility and tasks in which YOU implement together with us
Project management: Independent processing and management of projects, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on supporting IT rollout projects (including SAP migration to S/4 Hana).
Methodological expertise: Mastery of a convincing toolbox of methods, models and solutions
Workshop management: Independent realisation of workshops, from conception to moderation, even for complex topics and large groups
Sales role: Lead in the acquisition process and independent creation of high-quality offers
Training and leadership: Specialist training of junior consultants and the opportunity to take on management responsibility
Team and company development: helping to shape the further development of the company
What we expect for this role
Completed university degree (diploma or master's degree) and specialised further training
At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, especially in change management, project management, strategy, organisation and digitalisation (HR, sales, IT)
Certifications in agile project management (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner) an advantage
Sound knowledge and practical experience in agile methods and frameworks
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana implementation
Customer-oriented and professional demeanour, combined with technical expertise
Sales-orientated thinking and acting with the aim of creating win-win situations
